SIGI MIX is a powder to be dry-mixed during kneading with flour (wheat, corn, rice, etc.) or durum wheat semolina. When used in drinks and ice cream, it is mixed with the sugar portion instead. <\/p>

The amount of SIGI MIX to be blended with the main ingredient of the recipe varies between 7.5% and 13.5%. By adding SIGI MIX, a finished product identical to the traditional one is obtained in terms of taste and appearance, but with a significant reduction in Glycaemic Index (between 25% and 70%).<\/p>

The rich presence of fibres significantly reduces the carbohydrate value, and consequently, thanks to a lower Glycaemic Index, the Glycaemic Load also decreases considerably. On a nutritional table, data relating to products containing SIGI MIX show a low glycaemic index, while maintaining the same flavour.<\/p>
